Recenze tiskárny Canon i-SENSYS 7010C

V dnešním díle představím tiskárnu Canon i-SENSYS 7010C, uvedu technické parametry, ale i své názory, jak na mě tato laserová tiskárna zapůsobila.

 

První dojem

Tiskárna váží okolo 12 kg, tudíž asi takový standard mezi tímto typem tiskáren. Tiskárnu jednoduše vybílte, umístíte na požadované místo, zapojíte napájecí kabel (klasický kabel jako k PC zdroji, dostatečně dlouhý). Potom budete chtít zapojit datový kabel, ale pokud jste si předem nesehnali kabel typu USB-A/USB-B, máte smůlu. Společnost Canon datový USB kabel k tiskárně jednoduše nedodává.

 

Instalace

Máte-li rádi češtinu, a vyžadujete jí jak v manuálech, ovladačích, tak u této tiskárny budete celkem zklamáni. Jediné, co na vás čeká v češtině, jsou záruční podmínky. A to je celkem málo. Manuál je řešen pomocí obrázků, ze kterých by mělo jít logicky odvodit, co máte udělat. Především se z tiskárny musí odlepit několik lepicích pásek a i zevnitř vyjmout ochranu proti rozbití během přepravy. A co se týká ovladače, máte k dispozici hned dvě CD s několika jazyky, mezi nimiž čeština chybí. A na oficiálních stránkách pro jistotu po vyhledání této tiskárny naleznete jen ovladač CAPTpro operační systém MacOS X, a opět jen v angličitně. Naštěstí tato tiskárna není příliš ukecaná. Ovladač je nainstalován po pár krocích. Jen bych chtěl podotknout, že mi program nechtěl rozpoznat tiskárnu, i když byla korektně připojená. Až po ručním nainstalování ovladače z CD (po rozpoznání systémem) byla rozpoznána a instalace se dokončila.

 

Nástavec na papír (podavač) se mi zdá celkem nemotorný. Musíte si kvůli němu udělat na stole extra místo. Zespodu totiž není nijak přidělaný, jen je zacvaklý zepředu.

 

První tisk

Máme-li tiskárnu připravenou k tisku a nainstalovanou, můžete začít tisknout. Tato tiskárna mě velmi překvapila, že po zapnutí je poměrně rychle připravená k vytištění první strany. Velmi rychle se dá i vypnout. A barevný laserový tisk je samozřejmě sám o sobě velmi rychlý. Co jsem měl zkušennosti s jinými laserovými tiskárnami, hlučnost této je tak průměrná.

Závěr

Takže pokud Vám nevadí, že ovladač je pouze anglicky, a že musíte dokoupit USB kabel, tak tuto tiskárnu hodnotím pozitivně. Záleží taky na tom, jestli přecházíte z inkoustového tisku na laserový, nebo jestli už jste zvyklí na laserovou technologii. V prvním případě budete nejspíš mile překvapeni až nadšeni. V druhém případě, pokud by vám absence USB kabelu hodně vadila, neurazí-nenadchne.
