Kancelářské balíky nemusejí být jen robustními aplikacemi pro klasický počítač nebo on-line řešeními. Existují i aplikace, které umožňují pracovat s kanceláří v tabletu či mobilním telefonu. A jednou z nich je Kingsoft Office.
Jednou ze zásadních výhod tabletů je, že je má člověk kdykoli po ruce, a skvěle tak poslouží nejen jako nástroj na čtení pošty, ale je možné díky nim více či méně vyřizovat další pracovní agendu, kterou nejčastěji zajišťují kancelářské balíky.
Přitom je ale třeba říci, že řešení, jakým je Google Drive, jsou příliš málo funkčně vybavená a nepříliš pohodlná. Proto se hodí mít k dispozici nativní aplikace, které si s kancelářskými úkony poradí.
Jednou ze zajímavých variant tohoto druhu je Kingsoft Office, který nejenže je pro Android dostupný v češtině, ale je také bezplatný a designem nápadně podobný známějšímu klasickému produktu Microsoftu. K dispozici má uživatel velice pěkný textový procesor, rozumně fungující tabulkový a aplikaci na tvorbu presentací.
Za zřejmě nejlepší z celého balíčku považuji právě textový procesor. Horní menu je řešeno formou karet, nabízí relativně pokročilé možnosti formátování textu a myslím, že na cestách nebude člověk potřebovat většinou nic pokročilejšího, než jsou komentáře. Psaní je tak pohodlné, jak jen je to na tabletu možné a práce s aplikací je mimořádně plynulá. Výsledky se ukládají do formátu DOC.
Tabulkový procesor má menu řešeno také pomocí karet, ale řadu funkcí člověk nemusí hned najít. Přesto si poradí i se statistickými příkazy či matematickými funkcemi. Zřejmě nejslabší je nástroj na tvorbu presentací, který je třeba vnímat spíše jako záložní řešení či aplikaci na drobné úpravy než na nějakou systematickou práci.
I vzhledem k nulové ceně a plné lokalizaci do češtiny je možné aplikaci jen doporučit. I když má své chyby či nedostatky, v pohodlí ovládání i funkcionalitě bude jen těžko hledat konkurenci, a osobně ji považuji za jednu ze základních aplikací, které by na tabletu chybět nikomu neměly.
